Catching up
My 17-year-old is off to Fort Sill, Okalahoma for boot camp. He joined the Washington National Guard this year, and I am very proud of him. He will be gone all summer. He has one more year of high school.
I found out I have diabetes. Yuck! The Doc says she thinks I can control it though diet and weight loss. Yuck! But, I have lost 18 pounds so far.
The children are out of school for the summer. I love having them around all day (no, really!) Now if I can just get them to play a few games of horseshoes with me. That is my favorite form of exercise!!!!!!!
